Police have released a video showing the moment an unarmed black teenager was placed in handcuffs as he lay dying from a gunshot would.
The footage is one of a number of videos which show officers first fire at a stolen car before giving chase and shooting again.
The videos have been released following the death of Paul O'Neal who is visibly manhandled despite having the wound that would kill him later that day.
Chicago Police Department is being sued by the 18-year-old's family.
Their lawyer, Michael Oppenheimer, called the footage 'one of the most horrific things I have seen.'
He told the Independent: 'It's unclear as to whether or not he was the actual shooter, but you are going to hear one of the police officers say, 'Now I'm going to get a 30-day suspension'.'
The footage was gathered from the officer's body cam and was first released to the victim's family.
It begins with one officer jumping out of a patrol car as a stolen black Jaguar speeds past.
It was allegedly driven by the 18-year-old.
The car crashes into two police cars as police fire multiple shots.
A foot chase then begins, as officers follower the teenager into a garden. Four shots can be heard but these were not captured on camera.
The teenager is then seen lying on the ground and visibly bleeding as he is handcuffed as one officer shouts 'get your hands behind your back mother***er.'
As they cuff the wounded teenager, one officer asks: 'He shot back, right?'
An investigation into the incident is being carried out by the Independent Police Review Authority.
Meanwhile, three officers have been stripped of their badges and guns.
