Man survives after privates cut off and eyes gouged out

A 23-year-old man whose identity has not been divulged by cops is fighting for his life in hospital in Empangeni, northern KZN after his privates were cut off and his eyes were gouged out.
Cops are currently hunting for three suspects.
The man from Mahlabathini was allegedly abducted by three employees from a local funeral parlour.
The severely injured man was found unconscious by passing residents.
Police and emergency staff arrived at the scene and rushed him to hospital.
A suspect who was arrested in connection with the evil deed showed cops where the man's balls had been hidden.
The source said: "The balls were found where the suspect rents a room."
Police spokesman Major Thulani Zwane said: "A case of abduction was opened but no arrest has been made at this stage."
