Soulja Boy and Chris Brown apparently won't be going against each other in the boxing ring.
Soulja Boy announced Monday on Twitter that Brown supposedly changed his mind and was refusing to sign the boxing contract.
"Chris brown manager call my manager last night sand (sic) said the fight is off and he's not signing the contract," Soulja Boy tweeted.
The rapper and former "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star then re-tweeted messages from fans calling Brown a "chicken."
In a series of tweets on Sunday, the "Crank Dat" rapper said the beef between him and Brown was over because of Brown supposedly getting cold feet.
"Obviously he don't wanna fight, so I'm gonna leave him alone," he posted. "Beef over just tell him don't call my phone over a girl. That was 2nd time."
Soulja Boy and Brown announced in January that they were going to take their feud to the boxing match.
They started bickering over social media after Soulja Boy liked and commented on an Instagram photo of Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.
"Now that we have your undivided attention, boxing match set," Brown wrote at the time. "Legally. Man to Man. No more dissing and no more talking. We in the ring with it. challenge accepted."
Soulja Boy had initially recruited Floyd Mayweather to help train him for the bout, but fired the boxing legend and replaced him with Evander Holyfield.
Brown was said to be training with Mike Tyson.
