Singer Chris Brown has been accused of punching a woman in the face during a party in his Las Vegas hotel suite early Saturday morning.
The alleged victim, Brazilian model Liziane Gutierrez, known for being a Kardashian look-alike, told TMZ she snuck her cellphone past his security guards and tried to take a photo of him.
She claims he spotted her taking a photo and then punched her in the face and took her phone. A picture shows her with what appears to be a black eye and Vegas police confirmed they are investigating Brown for battery and theft.
A representative for Brown says her claim is a 'complete fabrication'.
A representative for the performer, who recently released an album named after his daughter Royalty, denied Gutierrez's claims earlier Saturday.
'Making false accusations seems to be a pattern of behavior for Ms. Gutierrez. Whatever her motives, her statements are unequivocally untrue,' a statement from Brown's rep reads.
Brown posted a now deleted video to his Instagram that was first re-posted by celebrity gossip site, The Shade Room Inc, where he labeled Gutierrez as 'ugly' and denied her claims against him.
'Obviously somebody is looking to get a check or start some s***,' the singer said in the beginning of the video.
'I don't know this old looking b****. This b**** is old, like dusty, look at her in the Jason Derulo video.
'Like she came to Vegas, she probably came to my room and was too ugly to get in.'
'This woman has the worst case of the uglies (sic) I've ever seen. I guess she is in Vegas hoping someone will slip up and mess wit (sic) her. Lol.'
This is not the first time the father-of-one has been accused of violence.
In May 2015, Las Vegas police said they were seeking him in relation to a fight on a private basketball court also at the Palms resort and casino, CNN reported. His spokeswoman at the time denied that he was involved.
Brown pleaded guilty to simple assault in September 2014 for a case linked to a brief fight on a Washington, DC sidewalk in October 2013.
The singer was sentenced to time served and paid a $150 fine.
Three people were shot at a pre-awards party that Brown hosted during the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, including former rap mogul Marion 'Suge' Knight.
Brown's numerous court appearances first started back in 2009, when he physically assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna just hours before the Grammys, leaving her face and body battered and blue.
In June that year, he pleaded guilty to felony assault and was placed on probation as well as being ordered to do community service and attend domestic violence counselling.
He only completed his probation in March of 2015 after having to serve time in jail for violating it.
