A pastor in South Africa has apparently rejected Christianity live on air and is to start his own religion.
On Sunday, Pastor Hamilton Nala announced on Inanda FM that he's starting his own religion called Plentian.
"I want nothing to do with Christianity because those people are very confused and have abortions. I've been a Christian for 23 years and my life was never changed by the faith," Nala said on radio.
He said he was a polygamist and damned his fellow pastors as "drunkards who cheat and sleep around and yet want to denounce me".
Nala said: "Plentian is the belief in the world of plenty and prosperity. It is the belief that everyone must have the luxuries of this world.
"Plentians believe in God, but not in Christ." Pastor Paseka Motsoeneng popularly known as Mboro, was one of a number of outraged pastors who said Nala has exposed himself as an evil anti-Christ.
"The Bible says nothing about Plentians and he's obviously starting a new cult. This is not Godly," said Mboro.
